Hello readers,

First of all I would like to wish you all a very happy and prosperous 2016! As it’s a new year, what time could be more fitting to give you an update on the latest happenings at Metrotile UK?

2015 was another great year for Metrotile, as The Future Proof Roof continued to be installed on roofs across the UK, with projects ranging from from the smallest homes conservatories to the largest educational campuses. Many specifiers and installers across the country have discovered the many benefits of Metrotile, opting for the highly secure and durable lightweight roofing system over so-called traditional materials such as slate or clay, backed (of course) by our 40 year weatherproof guarantee and the know-how of our highly-experienced customer care team.

We plan to carry our momentum from 2015 over into this year, starting with our stand at the RCI Show at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on the 27th and 28th of January. The UK’s only dedicated Roofing, Cladding and Insulation event, the RCI Show is running for the second time following a very successful inaugural run in October of 2014. This year’s show promises to be even better and a great chance to make contacts within the industry, see the latest products and even join in with CPD seminars. Following the show, we’re going to expand our website with more great video content such as more of our informative installation guide series and video versions of our case studies. This follows on the heels of our excellent ‘Metrotile: An Inside Look” film, which you can find here if you haven’t seen it yet. Finally, on a more personal note, Anne Martin has retired from the company. A Director since the company’s inception and a familiar friendly voice to our many customers, Anne will be greatly missed and we wish her all of the very best for her retirement.
