On the 26-28thJune 2018, Manchester Central will be home to the largest housing event in Europe, the Housing 2018 Conference. Organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing, this year’s event is packed with industry leading speakers addressing the most pressing issues facing the housing market. Here’s a sneak peak of what to expect from the event and who to look out for.
Who’s it for
Over 3 days up to 11,000 attendees are set be part of Europe’s largest gathering of housing professionals. The event is for anyone in the housing industry who wants to stay up to date, be part of the discussion and connect with influential business leaders.
What to expect
The Housing 2018 conference will feature over 200 expert speakers ranging from Ministers, CEO’s, and council leaders. There will also be a number of out of sector experts offering a fresh perspective on important issues facing the housing sector. Delegates will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of high level content streams, free seminars, and networking sessions.
This year’s event will feature an offsite demonstration village which offers delegates a chance to look at some of the non-traditional build solutions that could help meet the governments new homes target.
Last but not least, delegates can be part of The Fringe, housings most provocative and alternative theatre, which will be featuring cutting edge sessions and challenging the status quo.

More than 300 industry leading suppliers will be showcasing their products and services at the event. From specialist suppliers to software providers this year’s event is due to attract companies from across a huge range of fields.

- Show times are as follows: 9am-5:30pm on the 26th& 27thJune with event ending a little earlier, 9am-4pm, on the 28th
