Every Metrotile roof is eligible for a 40 year weatherproof guarantee, however we can only guarantee roofs installed by an approved contractor (or self-installed roofs approved by a Metrotile representative). This means if you don’t use one of our approved contractors, we may not be able to guarantee your roof leaving you vulnerable if you have any issues with your roof in the future.
